Dirty Boyz artist/producer Julian Rowe has been arrested in Fort Wayne, Indiana on forgery charges by Fort Waynes Sheriffs Department, warrant number 06-01141 for case number D0601-CM-0000. http://indianasmostwanted.com/warrant/02.579417 Further, Rowe has felony charges pending in Osceola County Florida. Fort Waynes legal system is honoring a No Bail Hold placed against Rowe by Osceola County, while Seminole County has a pending Class C felony theft complaint against him.Rowes Seminole County, FL complaint (case number 2005-249-058) and investigation stems from a recent payola controversy that connected his Dirty Bottom Corporation with WPYO 95.3s (Cox Radio) Program Director, Phil Becker and alleges they fraudulently took direct payments for radio airplay, and arranged for radio promotion which was not delivered. This complaint is currently before the Seminole County District Attorneys Office for prosecution according to Detective Mike Johnson of the City of Casselberry (FL) Police Departments Criminal Investigations Division.Becker left WPYO after these allegations were levied and subsequently became the Program Director of WJFX 107.9 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the city where Rowe has been arrested for forgery.
